With an electric motor drive, we avoid heat loss caused by the opening for mechanical control transmission. In the basic version, the shade is controlled via a switch, while in a more comfortable mode, it is done with a remote control, which requires the use of motors with built-in receivers, P&P motors, providing various control options.
Remote controls can be used to control a specific number of shades, or timer devices can be utilised to set the lifting or lowering of the shades at a specific time or day. This creates the impression that we are at home even when we are away. Furthermore, numerous climate sensors are available to regulate the shades based on weather conditions such as sun, wind, or rain.
Shades equipped with electric drives can easily be integrated with the Elero Centero system (control via smartphones).
